  4. Wear a Rudraksha for managing anger and anxiety: Rudraksha beads have been known to have a calming effect on a person’s disposition. There are different types of Rudrakshas. One can wear a 2 Mukhi Rudraksha or a 5 Mukhi Rudraksha for managing anger. A combination of these two can also be worn.
  5. Chant Mantras to Enhance Positivity: Mantras are powerful tools to reduce or neutralize the negative energy within us or to invoke positive celestial energy. There are different mantras associated with different planets and Gods. One can start by chanting “OM” which is the basis of most mantras.
